Congratulations - your building has achieved LEED certification! Now what?
LEED Certified Operations & Maintenance buildings must apply for recertification at least every five years. A lot can change at a building in that amount of time.
In order to stay as current with LEED requirements as possible, our annual LEED audit will review your building’s existing sustainable programs and policies checking them for compliance with the current LEED rating system. This way, whenever you decide to pursue re-certification, you will know that your LEED programs and policies are as up-to-date and compliant as possible.
