Service description

Sustainable Partners will develop and write a green program that falls within the standards of the USGBC's LEED Programs for Existing Building, New Construction, and Commercial Interiors. The green program will be product-specific and will include the following:

1. The credits that affect your business, listed and defined
2. The intent of each credit
3. Approach and implementation of each credit
4. All applicable calculations and formulas
5. Required submittal documentation
6. Environmental and economic issues
7. A standard product form that addresses manufacturing process, product cycle and all environmental information for client to send to architectural and design firms
8. The advantages of the client's product in the form of a narrative for marketing and sales purposes
9. The environmental advantages of the client's product as it relates to LEED
10. A glossary of Terms and Definitions
11. Additional resources

We will provide a one-hour class introducing your team to LEED and the USGBC, and we will advise you on how to get started in marketing your new green program.
