LEED Assessment

Sustainable Partners will conduct a LEED assessment for new and existing projects to include the following:

• Provide initial sustainability analysis and feasibility studies to determine the status of required prerequisites. The analysis will include mechanical systems to determine Minimum Energy Efficiency Performance.


• Determine credits already achieved with existing building systems or proposed systems.


• Prepare a written report with recommendations on steps to obtain certification. The written report will include anticipated credits, possible credits with associated costs and requited policy model requirements.
